SHIPPING + RETURNS
We offer FREE shipping in Australia and New Zealand on all purchases over $99. For orders under $99 a flat rate of $5 is charged for shipping. Express shipping is available for $10.00. All deliveries are sent via Australia Post.
If your ring is the incorrect size, Sterling Pieces will happily exchange it to the right size (providing we have it) within the first 14 days of receiving your piece.

In the rare case that breakage occurs, due to a manufacturing fault within the first 3 months of purchase, the piece will be covered under our warranty and Sterling Pieces will happily offer a gift card to the full amount paid and return it free of charge. The customer will also receive a 3 month extended warranty on the repaired item. If damage has occurred due to personal wear & tear, mishandling or not caring for your chosen piece, it will not be covered under our warranty. Customs and Other Charges
Customs and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and Sterling Pieces is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, Sterling Pieces will charge you postage.
Sterling Pieces is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
Sterling Pieces is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
